Washington Aquarium Mural Painted in one week by a crew of 3, this mural won a statewide contest This reserve water reservoir was built in 1913, and had many classic architectural features that were emphasized in the mural. Back in the early 20th century townspeople would have huge social gatherings on top of the reservoir.
